Q: How long do you play for?

A: Our standard live performance is 2 x 60 minute sets with a break in-between.  Our playing times can be tailored to suit the schedule of your event.

Q: How long does it take to set up your equipment?

A: We need approximately 2 hours for full set up, including sound check, assuming clear and easy access to the room and stage area.  Wherever possible we would rather not sound check in front of your guests so we are happy to arrive early in order to do this.

Q: How much space do you need?

A: The larger the stage the better.  An area of around 8m x 4m is what we would prefer.  It must be level, firm and dry.  We will also need a place within the venue where we can position our sound technician.  We use a wireless mixing desk so there will be no wires across the dance floor..

Q: Do you provide your own PA and lighting?

A: Yes.  Our fee includes a professional sound system and lighting for the stage and dance floor.  All of this equipment has been PAT tested and is operated by our own sound technician.

Q: What else do I need to provide?

A: We will send you a form at the time of booking which includes our minimum requirements for power and space.  On top of what is on the form, a jug of tap water and a small amount of food wouldn't be turned down!

Q: Do you play or learn requests?

A: Yes - we are happy to  play requests if given 3 months notice.  If it is a song we have never done before, we may add a small surcharge for the purchase of the sheet music.  Unfortunately we cannot take requests on the night of your event.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: We are willing to travel throughout the UK, but may need to add travel expenses onto your bill if it is outside of the South West of England.

Q: Will I need to hire a disco?

A:  Our mixing desk comes pre-loaded with a large selection of songs for all occasions.  This can be left playing in the background or be turned up to get everyone dancing.  We will turn the music off 15 minutes after our final song, so if you are looking for more music after we have played we would recommend booking a DJ.

Q: How much do you charge?

A:  Charges are based upon a number of factors including length of performance and distance travelled.  Please get in touch for your bespoke quote.  We will require a 10% deposit at the time of booking.  50% of the total charge will be due if you cancel within one month.
